Start with small habits

Are you ready to make some positive changes in your life? Want to develop some habits that will manifest real change? Start small.

The problem with starting and maintaining new habits is that we generally take on too much at one time. Starting as small as possible and building up as time goes on is the most effective way to start and build habits.

When we set goals and try to build habits initially we are full of enthusiasm. Eventually we can’t maintain it and we start to slip. One day turns into 2 days and 2 days into a week. Weeks turn into months and before you know it, years fly by and we are still in the same place.

Motivation may be a catalyst to start your new habits but it doesn’t last long. Neither does will power.

So break down your new habits into small bite sized chunks that you can easily do everyday. Keep adding to them and eventually you’ll be where you want to be.
